• Only one free gift per order, per person, per address for the duration of the offer / promotion (If you place more than one order with us in the period the free gift offer is running, you will only receive the gift on your first order), unless otherwise stated.
• The free gift cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit.
• If a customer wishes to return an order or item which qualified for a gift with purchase, the transaction can only be refunded if the gift with purchase item is also returned.
• Promotion is valid on full price items only.
• Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion.
• Promotion is not valid on sale items or other discounted items.
• Promotion is not valid with 0% interest free finance packages.
• Promotion is not valid on pre-owned products, limited edition products or specific special edition products selected by Pleasance & Harper Ltd unless agreed by Pleasance & Harper Ltd.
• Promotion is only valid on specific products while stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time.
• Pleasance & Harper reserves the right to substitute or withdraw offer at any time.
• Pleasance & Harper Ltd reserves the right to decline to accept orders where, in its opinion, a promotion is invalid for the order being placed.
