Returns Policy

Change your mind about your purchase, or have purchased an unwanted gift

For items purchased online, by email, over the telephone or by post: If you change your mind about your purchase, or have purchased an unwanted gift, please return the unused goods to us with the original box and paperwork and receipt within 14 days and we will offer you a choice of an exchange, credit note or a refund.

We strongly recommend Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Service with full insurance for returning items to us.

Faulty goods returned after a 14 day period

Faulty goods returned after a 14 day period will be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty and action will be taken to repair or replace the item on your behalf by us as quickly as is possible. This policy conforms to the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and does not affect your statutory rights. 

The items should be returned using a method of shipping suitable to it’s size, nature and value, and be well packaged so as to avoid damage during transit. We are not liable for any associated shipping and packaging costs for this type of return.

If you have placed an order for goods you have not yet received you may cancel your order at any time and receive a choice of either full refund or credit note.

In store

For items purchased in store: Should you wish to return anything we will be happy to credit or exchange, provided it is in a fully resaleable condition. Any returns should be made within 14 days. If the product has not been returned to us in a fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a credit or exchange.

All returns for items that are not faulty will be subject to a 3% restocking fee without exception. This charge covers administration, detailed product inspection by trained technicians and any reissuing of official manufacturer documentation.
