How much can I borrow?

When checking out, just fill out V12 Finance’s easy online application form and you can be approved for up to £15,000 to use for the product you wish to purchase. Use our Calculator on the product page to determine how much you can spend based on your monthly payments. The minimum priced item with credit available is £500.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a minimum 25% deposit will need to be paid upon acceptance.

How are my monthly payments made?

All monthly payments are paid by direct debit from your personal bank account. Typically the first payment will be due one month after the date of the finance agreement and subsequent monthly payments will be due every month for the length of your term on that day of the month.

What can I buy on finance?

Anything on our website. Please remember that the minimum order value for finance is £500.

Please note: 0% finance is not available on sale products, products used with a discount code or pre-owned items.

What length of repayment is available?

You can choose a 6, 9, 12, 18 or 24 month loan repayment period on 0% finance.

How do I Apply?

You can apply on our website, simply follow the checkout process and select V12 Finance as a payment method.

Can I pay off my loan early?

You can settle your loan agreement at any time. Simply contact V12 Finance and they will calculate and send you your settlement figure. Your settlement figure and date are calculated in line with the Consumer Credit Act.

Making a complaint

We aim to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible and if we are able to resolve your complaint within 8 weeks, we will send you a final response detailing our resolution. If we are unable to provide you with a final response at 8 weeks, we will send you a letter explaining the reason for delay and when we expect to issue you with a final response.

If you are dissatisfied with our response and your agreement is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, you have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service, free of charge, but you must do so within six months of the date of the final response or 8 week holding letter.
